This certification is recognized internationally & provides the foundation for all future fun diving and future scuba courses! The SSI open water course is over 3 days & 6 dives with a mix of classroom & water skills each day. You will learn about the equipment, scuba diving theory, how to equalize, how to control your buoyancy and how to be able to safely perform a open water dive down to 18 meters deep. When completed, you'll officially be a certified, open water diver! Certified to dive to a maximum depth of 18 meters anywhere in the world! This promotion comes included with: - Instructor, equipment, insurance, theoretical materials, exam, international certification - Refreshments, fresh fruits, coffee - Cool commemorative tank top from Scuba Club - Free of use snorkeling equipment - Pick up & drop off services from accommodation to school 🏴 🇹🇭 🇪🇸 🇫🇷 This course is available in native Thai, English, French, Dutch, German & Spanish, just request your instructors language! Cancellation, Postponement & Refund Policy for all activities with Koh Tao Scuba Club 1. Medical Cancellations Cancellations due to medical reasons may be considered for a refund provided that: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled activity, and • A valid medical certificate or official doctor’s note is submitted. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt and verification of the required medical documentation. ⸻ 2. Postponements Requests to postpone a scheduled session must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid full charges. Postponement requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to full charges. ⸻ 3. No-Show or Late Cancellation Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper notice will result in full charges. ⸻ 4. Dive Session Policy Once a participant has attended a scheduled class or dive session, the session will be considered fully utilized and charged in full, regardless of the number of dives (tanks) completed that day. ⸻ 5. Instructor Discretion For safety reasons, the instructor reserves the right to discontinue or stop a course at any stage based on professional evaluation and judgment. ⸻ Try Scuba Refund & Course Policy Once a participant has attended the dive session, the session will be considered utilized and fully chargeable, regardless of the number of dives (tanks) completed. Courses may be discontinued at any stage based on the instructor’s professional evaluation and discretion. —- Open Water Course – Day-by-Day Refund Policy Refunds for the Open Water Course are calculated as follows: Day 1 Completed (Pool Session + Digital Materials) • Pool Session: 3,500 • Digital Materials: 1,500 • Total Non-Refundable Amount: 4,500 If only Day 1 is completed: Refund amount: 4,500 deducted from total course fee. If Day 1 and Day 2 are completed: • Day 1 (4,500) + applicable Day 2 charges deducted • Remaining refund: 1,500 If you choose to pay via PayPal, please note that additional fees may apply. These fees are determined by PayPal and can vary depending on your country of origin. As they are not controlled by our company, they may appear as a small extra charge during the payment process.
